About This Underwear

Ideal for the first few weeks post-surgery

Now with new, more flexible sizing the Royce Silver Post Surgery Bra 1008 is just perfect for taking into hospital whilst undergoing any breast or chest surgery. The bra contains a new type of silver fibre called X-Static which has been proven to provide anti-bacterial, anti-odour, thermo-regulating and most importantly 100% safe and natural. The features of this post-surgery bra include front fastening comfort and drop cups for accessibility, seam free side panels to avoid irritation, easy adjust "magic straps" for ultimate comfort and versatile double layer cups for added support which can also accomodate a soft prosthesis.

VAT Concession / Exemption

Women who have had breast surgery including a mastectomy or partial mastectomy are eligible for VAT Exemption on the purchase of mastectomy bras for their own use only, under Group 12 of Schedule 8 of the VAT Act 1994. If this applies to you, you will be prompted to complete a declaration during the checkout process so that the VAT element of the price of the bra can be removed.

The product you are viewing is a mastectomy product and is therefore eligible for VAT Exemption.

Please note that if you order over the phone you will need to request a Vat Exemption from that we will then send out with your order. You will initially be charged the VAT but if you complete and return the form to us we will refund the VAT to you upon receipt.

This was perfect for post surgery breast reduction! Even the nurse commented on the poppers saying she had never found a bra so easy to fasten! Great quality and I’m really pleased I bought this thank you....

Great after breast surgery

Brought in preparation for breast surgery. The poppers are easy to do up. For me this is just a little high under the arm and this does rub a little bit. Also one of the few bras I could find in my size - 32DD.

I bought this to wear at night after breast cancer surgery and found it to be extremely comfy and supportive. I would definitely recommend it.

I am only 1wk post breast reduction. Still swollen & recovering. This bras is very comfortable and supportive. It feels soft to the touch and doesn't irritate my incisions. I bought 3 different types but this is the one i am comfortable in. Althought i didn't know what size i will be , the 36DD feels ok allowing room for swelling. Glad i bought it. I am definetely recommending it to anyone having breast reduction surgery.

Bargain!!!
Great quaility
Fit comfortably,lovey feel to it.
Would definitely recommended.
