Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our UK and International deliveries, depending on order value and/or weight we may use a courier company, our courier company of choice is UPS. At our discretion we occasionally upgrade to a Next Day / Express Service at no extra cost to the customer, again we will either use Royal Mail or UPS for these delivery upgrades.
What is the Needundies returns, refunds & cancellation policy?
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/E you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days, no specific reason has to be given for the cancellation.

If after purchase you find any items to be faulty please contact our Customer Services and we will either exchange or refund the items for you depending on the length of time that has elapsed.
How do I return items to Needundies for a refund.
That's simple, we place a returns form inside every order, simply enter the items you wish to return on the form, then use the printed label on the form to attach to the front of your parcel. A replacement returns form can be downloaded from our website. - Download Returns Form

How can I cancel an order before delivery?
If we have not already dispatched your order you have the right to cancel before the goods are delivered to you, our Cancellation guidelines information page which can be found by clicking HERE, if your order has already being dispatched you will be required to follow our standard returns procedure.
If you are not happy with the products or service you received from Needundies.com you may raise a complaint by using our Customer Complaints Process, please provide as much information as possible in order that we may deal with your complaint effectively.
Which payment cards do you accept?
We use Sagepay as our preferred payment partner and we are able to accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard & American Express, unfortunately we can no longer accept a UK Cheque as a payment method.
