VAT Concession / Exemption

Women who have had breast surgery including a mastectomy or partial mastectomy are eligible for VAT Exemption on the purchase of mastectomy bras for their own use only, under Group 12 of Schedule 8 of the VAT Act 1994. If this applies to you, you will be prompted to complete a declaration during the checkout process so that the VAT element of the price of the bra can be removed.

The product you are viewing is a mastectomy product and is therefore eligible for VAT Exemption.

Please note that if you order over the phone you will need to request a Vat Exemption from that we will then send out with your order. You will initially be charged the VAT but if you complete and return the form to us we will refund the VAT to you upon receipt.
