Returns Policy

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee every garment needundies,com sells. If you are unhappy with any of our products, return it within 14 calender days in it's original packaging, unworn with the garments labels intact and we will refund or exchange.

Please note that postage and packaging is not refundable.

To return an items use the following process:

Remove the Returns label from the invoice you were sent and attach to the packaging.
Post the package back to us, where possible please request a certificate of posting from your Postal Service, this will allow the package to be tracked. Note: All postage costs must be paid by the customer returning the goods.
If outside the European Union, please class the package as Returned Items for customs purposes.

When will I receive my replacement or refund ?

If you request a refund, then your account will be credited within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by needundies.com.
If you request a replacement, then please allow normal delivery times for the replacment to arrive back with you after receipt of the goods by needundies.com.
