We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee with every underwear item we sell. If you are unhappy with any of our products, please return within 14 calender days in it's original packaging, unworn, odour free and with the garment labels intact and attached to the garment and we will either refund or exchange. Why not try our exchange service, it's free the first time when you exchange for a different size / colour, please note we do not exchange for completely different products you will need to re-order or cancel. We reserve the right to refund or exchange goods that are ordered and classified as special orders, these goods are normally ordered in from our suppliers to a customers specific request and/or requirement.

Distance selling regulations (EU Only)

By law and according to the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase of an item from the date the contract is concluded (the date we send a Order Confirmation email) until the expiry of a period of SEVEN working days (Monday-Friday Excluding bank holidays) beginning the day after the day on which your received your order.

You may cancel the order prior to delivery, please contact by email or phone to cancel.

If you have received the order and decided that you would now like to return the order during the SEVEN day "cooling off" period you will receive a FULL refund including outward delivery costs. Please ensure that you receive and retain a dated proof of shipping receipt from the postal service.

If the return is outside the 7 Working Day "cooling-off" period but within the 14 day returns period you will still be entitled to a refund,  however if the return was not due to an ordering error on our part then the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Promotional items, free gifts, free items & Discount codes

Any promotional item, Free gift, or Free item when offered as part of a "buy one get one free" offer, "buy two get one free offer" etc must be included when returning an order for refund or replacement, if the Free item is not returned then reserve the right to deduct the cost of the item from any refund that may be due.

If a discount code is used against and order and some or all of the products are returned under the Needundies returns policy, thereby reducing the value of the qualifying transaction the voucher amount will be deducted from any applicable refund, a good example of this is where a customer uses "New Customer" discount code which currently allows a £5 discount on any spend over £50 excluding delivery.

Currently UK orders over £75 qualify for Free Delivery, should an item(s) be returned for refund that would take the order under £75 reserve the right to deduct the cost of postage, currently £3.75, from any refund that may be due.

If a package is returned to by the Royal Mail as "not collected" we reserve the right to charge a new delivery charge if £3.75 if the customer requests a re-delivery.

To return an items use the following process: 
  • Cut out the Returns address label from the enclosed Returns Form you were sent and attach to the packaging. 

  • Complete the enclosed Returns form stating your preference for a refund or exchange and the reasons for the return. 

  • Post the package back to us, we recommend that a signed for service is used where possible, you will then be provided with a certificate of posting from your Postal Service, this will allow the package to be tracked back to the returns department. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the parcel is returned and where parcels have not been received by our returns department the customer will be required to raise a claim with their postal service, normally Royal Mail. Note: All postage costs must be paid by the customer returning the goods, any parcels returned with no-postage paid will not be delivered to and will be returned to the customer by the postal service as "postage not paid".


When will I receive my replacement or refund?
  • If you request a refund then your account will be credited within 30 days from the date your returned goods are received by, however we will endeavour to process sooner in most cases. Please note that the refund may take several days to show in your debit/card statement after needundies have refunded you for the returned items, this is outside the control of needundies and is simply due to delays with card processors in general.
  • If you request a replacement, then please allow normal delivery times for the replacement to arrive back with you after receipt of the goods by We allow one replacement for a different size/colour without a delivery charge, We reserve the right to charge a new delivery charge if £3.75 if the customer requests a further change request.
