Delivery Policy

All products will be shipped as soon as possible subject to availability of product and credit/debit card authorisation.

All UK orders over £75.00 (not including delivery charge) will be shipped free of charge*, UK orders under £75.00 will incur a delivery charge of £3.50 regardless of size and weight. It should be noted that some of the parcels we ship can be up to 2KG and therefore we feel that the current level of charging reflects excellent value for our customers.

Depending on your location within the UK orders will be shipped using either Royal Mails Tracked Service or the Home Delivery Network (HDN) Tracked service.

If no one is able to accept the parcel at time of delivery a card will be left by either Royal Mail or HDN stating that a delivery was attempted and how to organise re-delivery.

Shipping to countries outside the UK will incur a minimum delivery charge of £5.95 and will be dependant on the delivery country.

Due to the high cost of express delivery Needundies.com will not normally offer this service, however if this is essential for the order to be fulfilled, then we would ask you to contact needundies.com for a detailed costing.

We aim to ship within the following timescales:

• United Kingdom 3-5 working days**
• EU 5-10 working days* 

We do retain a Proof of Postage receipt for all orders dispatched and we can provide this to our customers in cases where the goods have not arrived.

* Free shipping offer does not apply to orders outside the UK.

** For In Stock items only, due to demand for certain products, stock may have to be back ordered from our suppliers and this can normally add between 5 and 10 days for full order fulfillment.
