Firstly, fantastic service from needundies.com, have already recommended them to others. Now to the product - Triumph is the best way to describe these bras. Being somewhat larger busted it is difficult to get style, comfort and more importantly support - Triumph Amourette delivers on all 3. Have struggled to get them locally but now I have found needundies.com it is no longer a problem.
I ordered a Triumph Amourette bra which was delivered promptly and in a lovely box. Unfortunately it was the wrong size (my fault entirely). When I tried it on I removed one of the labels, which understandably is against needundies returns policy. However, an immediate 'phone call to a charming woman called Elaine sorted the problem and I was given dispensation to return the item for replacement. My interface with Elaine and Ellen and needundies has been nothing but friendly and helpful. My delivery address was changed by Ellen without fuss at the 11th hour.
