Loyalty Points Program

Needundies.com appreciates our Loyal Customers, so we have added a new program to award repeat customers!

Customers are awarded Loyalty Points which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

How many Loyalty Points do I earn when I buy?

• You will earn 1 point for every £1 of products you buy (excluding shipping and rounded down to nearest £). This will equate to a discount of 5% which may be applied to future purchases.
• These points can be applied as discounts when you reach 100 points.

How do I redeem the Loyalty Points when I place an order?

• Redeem Loyalty Points in 100 point increments
• 100 points = £5.00 off
• 200 points = £10.00 off
• 300 points = £15.00 off
• 400 points = £20.00 off etc...

Your Shopping Cart will show how many Loyalty Points you earned from previous purchases when you Checkout.

When can I redeem my Loyalty Points?

Previously awarded points can be redeemed when you Checkout.

How can I see how many Loyalty Points I have been awarded on my previous orders?

Go to "Your Account" and you will see a list of all your orders and the Loyalty Points previously earned and spent.

Do I have to create an Account to collect Loyalty Points?

• Yes. In order for us to track how many points you earn and spend, you must create an Account using a valid email address.
• Failure to provide a valid email address, when creating account, makes you ineligible for the Loyalty Points Program.
• You need to log into your account, before you start placing an order, to be able to earn and spend your points.

• Remember you need at least 100 Loyalty Points before you can redeem them in you shopping cart.
• Loyalty Points are only available after your order has been paid and the order has been shipped.

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Loyalty Points scheme owned and operated by Expat Exports Limited trading as Needundies.com and form a contract between you the customer and Needundies.com.
2. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Loyalty Points scheme at any time by giving you, the customer, 30 days notice. All customers allowing contact from Needundies.com will be  notified by email and a news article will be posted on the site to alert customers to the changes, in exceptional circumstances the Loyalty Points scheme may be withdrawn without notice to meet legal or statutory obligations.
3. These terms and conditions do not form part of your statutory consumer terms and conditions which can be found elsewhere on the site and which you agree to when entering into a contract with Needundies.com.
4. You earn 1 point for every £1 Sterling that is spent on the site, Needundies.com.
5. Where goods are returned for a refund, loyalty points will be deducted.
6. Needundies.com may offer special Bonus Loyalty Points i.e Double/Triple points, these special offers may be removed without notice.
7. A minimum of 100 points must be collated before redemption will be allowed.
8. Points are valid for 12 months.
9. If misuse of the Loyalty Points scheme is suspected, Loyalty Points may be suspended or deducted from customer accounts.
10. Loyalty Points may not be exchanged for a cash value or used in conjunction with any discount coupon code or special promotion.
11. Orders placed using Guest Accounts do not attract loyalty points.
