Operations Assistant

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will encompass all aspects of the despatch process including, but not limited to, the following:

• Picking customer orders.
• Packing and mailing of customer parcels.
• Handling and processing customer returns.
• Dealing with customer telephone queries.

Skills

It is essential that you possess:

• an enthusiastic outlook 
• excellent attention to detail and ability to concentrate without distraction
• excellent communication skills
• an ability to work effectively as part of a team
• a good level of IT skills

Training  

The successful applicant will be offered and expected to train to a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service and/or Warehousing.
