Needundies.com is an established family run business which has been trading for nearly 5 years. Due to our high numbers of returning, loyal customers our company is expanding rapidly.

We pride ourselves on being highly renowned for our continuous, professional, friendly service. Customers new and old are repeatedly surprised at how well we can answer their underwear and lingerie queries and the excellent efficient service we offer.

We use Royal Mail to send our packages and only charge a flat rate of £2.50 to our UK customers, this service provides you with rapid delivery and first class service at a low rate.

Our ranges are sourced directly from established quality suppliers and we have developed a long standing relationship with them, for example we are now the preferred telesales retailer for Jockey UK. This means that we can keep our customers continually updated with information on new and discontinued product ranges.

Our supplier relationship also means that we have a dedicated, rapid supply chain. In January 2008 our company moved into new premises which is very exciting for Needundies.com as this means that we will be able to stock more ranges and expand our customer services staff.
